Last year I had the honor of collaborating with New York fashion designer Paola Hernadez, and two poets from Mexico City, Gaelle Dreyfus and Dani Escalante. The theme of the piece was, of course, bees, their honey, and sacred geometry (hence my involvement). Over the course of a month, Gaelle, Dani, and myself created an exquisite corpse poem through email exchanges. Paola then constructed these words into a hexagonal design and printed them on a gorgeous poncho for her Spring 2016 line (shown in image).
